OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

You have 7days from the date of delivery to return your item.

The majority of returns are refunded via store credit. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Please not that items must be returned with seal intact and unused.

WHO IS QUALIFIED FOR RETURNS & REFUND

If you received the wrong product or missing any products please contact our customer service within 24 hours after receiving the merchandise. Please do not unseal or manhandle product, Product must be returned the exact way it was received as unsealed or manhandled products are not eligible for returns and we will not accept it.

Once an order is placed, we can not cancel, adjust or apply any discounts code to it. Please be sure to double check your order before making your purchase.

For health and safety purposes you cannot return skin care products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy in regards to, health regulations and hygiene concerns.

In the event that the package gets returned or refused a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted minus the shipping cost.

Please keep records of your return tracking number. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost and / or stolen packages.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy

TEXTURE DISCLAIMER – Due to the distinct nature of product, two hand-made products are never exactly the same, However they can still serve the same purpose. This means that we cannot guarantee that all product will look the exact same even though they can serve same purpose.

COLOR DISCLAIMER – Since some of our products are custom made and also not factory We cannot guarantee that product will have the same color or smell being that we have different mix, but product will surely serve the same purpose. We recommend you notify us immediately, should you have any further queries, for clarification sake.

THE USE OF MULTI BRANDS DISCLAIMER - We do not recommend mixing our product with other brands, as we will not be held responsible should any skin complicationS arise.

UNCONFIRMED ADDRESSES
Please make sure that you confirm your address through our website or you will risk delayed shipment on your product.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER GOING TO ADDRESS THAT’S NOT LISTED ON THE INVOICE. Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be cancelled immediately and reported.

To ensure speedy delivery, we process orders daily, so they cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is verified and completed.

Skincare by Freya reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies or sales at any given time. Please check our policies often for any changes.

 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history
  • When the product has been tempered with
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
